She took time to listen and provided alternative treatment options.
We saw Dr Ross a number of times over a five year period. She was always professional, helpful and available. The wait was always short. Mark, on the other hand, could be rude and inattentive. But, he could also be very helpful.
Worst dermatologist I had in my life. She said she couldn't prescribe certain medication that made me doubt her eligibility of dermatologist. She will tell you all the medication are poisonous and all the food will worsen your condition. She makes patients desperate and closes a lot of options for your treatment. The worst thing is that she doesn't provide any solution! all she does is to watch your situation go worse! Finally I had to ask my primary provide to referral me to other specialist. Horrible experience with her!
Her knowledge is quite out of date. She even doesn't know the name of some common medications. Her prescription was not effective at all. Sincerely don't recommend her unless you want to waste your time or money.
