I have been seeing her since I was pregnant with my first child, on the recommendation of a friendad a couldn't find a doctor I liked. She has remained my doctor and my daughters. She is so easy to work with and very understanding and supportive. Both my daughters love going to her. She LISTENS to what I have to say and looks into everything. We are fortunate the Palouse area has her available as a doctor!
She refused to treat my mom for her hearing loss, claiming it's "normal" for early 30 somethings to lose hearing. She also was so rough with pap smears that taking work off the next day was a MUST. She lied to my family about HRT not being an option. She was openly transphobic and insulted me every time I would come in. Every single medical issue we'd have, she'd claim it was normal and nothing to be worried about, refusing to even do a basic check like shining a light in your ears to see if there was damage.
