She is excellent with medications and can see through all my defenses. She is as good as every other reviewer said she is. However, she no longe takes insurance. Last I checked, it was $140 per session. If you can afford that, great, but I can't. Also, she only does telephone sessions, not even video sessions. It was valuable to me to have a local psychiatrist so, when had a crisis, I could be seen immediately. She is no longer in her Arcadia office
Dr. Duncan is so kind and sweet. She gets to know you as a patient and is very knowledgeable. I can say with confidence that she has helped me greatly.
Dr. Duncan is both a genius on an intuitive level and deeply knowledgeable about medical matters. She diagnosed me early on with a condition all my other doctors had missed. I am deeply grateful that I was given her name and she had room in her practice for me. I have gotten steadily better since she has been treating me.

I always felt very comfortable with Dr. Duncan and I think that she always took the time to listen to you and asked good questions to make sure that she understood your situation. She and her staff were always friendly and helpful.
I have issues with her staff and billing. I love the doctor but it is a pain to deal with how the staff talks to me and the billing people are not in during the hours they say they will be in. Billing is not done to my secondary insurance, giving me a big headache.
Already off to a great start. She took the time to get to know me on a personal level, which I appreciated. Very insightful and knowledgeable, I am very much looking forward to working with her.
Dr. Duncan is an awesome listener, and offers many different types of problem solving. She shows genuine concern for her patients, and never makes me feel rushed. Both my husband and I go to Dr. Duncan and I recommend her to all of my friends who are in need of a psychiatrist. She is the first psychiatrist that I've ever gone to who does not push pills but instead, listens to her patients. I'm grateful to have her as my pschiatrist. Linda A
