I was refused service, because Langone Labs did the wrong blood work. Then I was still expected to pay the copay, finally got it waived by billing and the doctor himself, only to end up in collections for the copay months later. Now billing denies any knowledge of the waiver and says they have reached out to the doctor's office only to hear that the charge upholds. What gives?
