I have been seeing Dr Wittels since 2017 after being misdiagnosed by many doctors. She listened to my concerns and ran appropriate tests to get to the bottom of it. She has helped to find many missing pieces of the puzzle and give me my life back. I have yet to meet a more thorough and thoughtful doctor. The rest of Montgomery Integrative Health Practice is just as caring and helpful. They always manage to make time for me when I have an urgent health issue.

Dr Wittel is a very caring doctor who take her time out to discuss your problems and need and make sure she send you to the right specialist and also follow up

If you are struggling with Lyme disease, I cannot recommend Dr. Wittels enough. She is compassionate, understanding and very good at what she does. I was diagnosed in August 2018 and cycled through 3 Lyme doctors total before settling on Dr. Wittels. She was the only doctor able to finally get me off antibiotics that my other doctors planned to keep me on long term. While I think Dr. Wittels is very knowledgeable about Lyme and it's co-infections I was less than impressed with her bedside manner or ability to fully discuss and explain in laymans terms what is happening with me and why. I really value someone who listens, considers my knowledge and experience and gives me hope/understanding about the severity and consequences of what's going on with me. I have a hard time justifying a fee to become a member of her practice when I am not comfortable with how I am treated as a patient.

I am compelled to write. You idiots who want a 20 min. appt. & a drug that doesn't work. Don't go to Dr Wittels. Figure out what Functional Medicine is! If she wanted $$, she would not spend hours w/ my husband who was told by Penn Med he was dying. It's LYME. He is almost back to normal. Not in the ground!

I feel that Dr Wittels takes the necessary time to discuss all my symptoms and makes changes to my treatment plan as needed. She understands Lyme and stays up to date with current research. It is expensive, but the supplements aren't covered by insurance and her prices are on par with what you get at a health store. The tests are needed to check for specific issues. she is the first doctor to take me seriously and address the disease with some action. She is well educated on my issue.

Unfortunately I think that this doctor is entrepreneurial and makes money by selling supplements to patients who are desperate for help with illness. I have spent hundreds of dollars here and every time I go I feel like I am being taken advantage of. Now they are implementing an annual service fee of $250 on top of everything else? Plus the office staff is less than professional. I had a staff member interrupt my appointment with Wittles to discuss lunch plans!

This woman baits you in saying she can help you and then once you have paid the crazy amount of money to get your tests all done and get the results she then hits you with a guilt trip about how your insurance doesn't pay her enough to cover her bills. So then she tells you "oh by the way I have to charge you an annual fee of $250 to cover my costs". What the heck!!!! So I pay my extremely large insurance bill, pay the copay, insurance pay you and I need to pay more. No way!!!! Watch out for her
