Dr. Masters has excellent bedside manners and answers all my questions in an efficient manner. He is great with my daughter and takes directly to her. I value his opinion. He takes time to explain things in detail.
Dr. Masters has poor beside manner and is quick to skip over any questions you have.
Dr. Masters does not carefully attend to toddlers or parental questions. He is quick to get defensive of his diagnosis if you ask too much.
I’m surprised this guy is a pediatrician. I would’ve guessed his profession is a wrestler after pinning my 9 month old son down to check his mouth and ears. He is also very rude . Who tells a baby to be quiet? Doesn’t have the personality for the job. You’re better off switching to a different provider.
Dr. Masters has been my child for the past 2 years. He is caring and goes the extra mile where my old pediatrician didn't. He is great with kids. You will love him.
