My son was referred by another doctor and the moment I looked up Dr. Samaniego and saw his ratings I was instantly concerned. I went ahead and tried calling to schedule something I was then transferred to Jessica. She has never been helpful everytime I would ask her something she'd give me a short response and just hangup not allowing me ask another question or finish my thought. My granddaughter has been seeing this doctor for years. At our last appointment, Dr. Samaniego wrote the wrong medication on the RX. After filling it and paying $67, they said to bring the medication to them and they would write the correct medication. However they would NOT reimburse us for the cost. That means we have to pay and ADDITIONAL $85 for the correct RX. NOT OK!!! We have usually had a good experience, but this is unacceptable.
