Communication is horrible I had to change my daughter appointment due to her having some other doctors appointments I texted and call never answered finally they answered to day and they told me dr Granados had to discharge my daughter for not showing up when I have proof that I had text call and never got a answer staff always look bother when we walk in in the office they will also hang the phone and call backs will never happend.
He decided to stop accepting insurance, and now my uncle needs to pay $150 per month just to be seen! That is $1,800 a year plus the cost of prescriptions! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I highly recommend this clinic. Both doctors have always been extremely thorough and helpful as well as their other medical nurse practitioner. They promptly return phone calls, as well. I appreciate access to their three different clinics.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating and honestly concerning. The doctor ordered a test for my son that ultimately led to him being admitted to the ICU shortly after. After such a serious event, there was no effort from the office to follow up or check on his condition, which felt incredibly dismissive given what happened.
