I went to Dr Hernandez Office at North Shore Medical LTD, 1780 Green Bay Road, Ste 202, Highland Park, IL 60035-3276 on 6 January 2025 for a medical annual physical. Dr. Hernandez was fine. Their billing manager was terrible. She could not fill out the insurance forms for my visit. I called 3 times to find out they were paid and the check was sent to the incorrect office because of their error. I was supposed to have a deductible of $35.27. Professional & courteous Doctor & staff, good personality, staff is friendly , reminds you of appointment !!
We took our father to see Dr. Hernandez and we were floored by the level of care and attention our father received. Our father doesn't like going to the doctor and his medical issues were starting to pile up. Dr. Hernandez was very patient with him and has taken us step by step to getting our dad back to the best health possible. Dr. Hernandez understood our father's hesitance and explained the what and why of the tests he was ordering for him. Our dad hasn't been hesitant anymore and raves about Dr. Hernandez.
