My experience with DR Heating and Plumbing was so easy! I emailed into the scheduling team to have my AC serviced. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow for the service to be done. However, as soon as it did warm up I was contacted and scheduled right away by Jeana. I received appointment reminders regarding the appointment and Victor the technician was right on time. We had a great experience with DR Plumbing and Heating. Candice P was very helpful and she was able to get us help asap. She was able to get Doug to come out the same day I called, which we really appreciated. Doug P was quick and efficient replacing our garbage disposal. He did a great job with the repair, and everything is working perfectly. He was very kind and professional. It’s hard to find good service like this, and we would definitely recommend them to others!
I would definitely never go through this company or even call them to do an estimate because they will lie in court and say that they did $700 worth of repairs when they literally only came to look at something for $45! And do not have a death in your family when you’re paying that freaking pay me either They won’t let you wait! These are actually rather disgusting business people to work with I would not suggest them at all! Their liars and scam artists in court at the end of the day!
New install on a furnace. A few hurdles to go over with the State but didn't bother these folks. Good people and they went above and beyond to get the job done. If you don't call / use this business and the good people that work there i can't help you.
DR Heating was so prompt to get us an estimate after the furnace went out. Josh and Levi were so skilled and pleasant to work with on the installation.
