I would definitely never go through this company or even call them to do an estimate because they will lie in court and say that they did $700 worth of repairs when they literally only came to look at something for $45! And do not have a death in your family when you’re paying that freaking pay me either They won’t let you wait! These are actually rather disgusting business people to work with I would not suggest them at all! Their liars and scam artists in court at the end of the day!
New install on a furnace. A few hurdles to go over with the State but didn't bother these folks. Good people and they went above and beyond to get the job done. If you don't call / use this business and the good people that work there i can't help you.
DR Heating was so prompt to get us an estimate after the furnace went out. Josh and Levi were so skilled and pleasant to work with on the installation.
An installation was scheduled with an 8 hour window for a possible time of arrival. The crew failed to notify us prior to arrival as requested. We reached out prior to the date the work was scheduled to let them know that we wanted to be home at the time they were completing the work. No one notified us and they entered our home without permission while we were away. The crew also did damage that needed dry wall repair. They did not acknowledge or report the damage. We recently hired DR Heating and Plumbing to address a small gas leak in our newly purchased home, and unfortunately the experience was not what we expected. The scheduling process was difficult, with two reschedules that eventually left us needing to proceed on a day when we couldn’t be present. After that, communication was very limited. The plumber arrived around 10 a.m. but apparently didn’t have the proper equipment for the job, so he had to leave and borrow a tool from someone else (I believe Victor).
