We made an appointment with them to unclog a backed up drain pipe.The guy showed up, worked for an hour, then said he would have to come back Tuesday because he didn’t have the right equipment for the job. I would think they would be prepared for the job when they arrived. He still charged us $250, even though our pipe was still clogged. This was on a Friday, and naturally we couldn’t have our toilets, showers, washing machine, etc. backing up into the basement all weekend. After he left, we called Roto Rooter.
