Wonderful Doctor has good manners and pite staff
Not exactly sure why but she sent me a letter through certified mail and abruptly and suddenly discontinued the healthcare for both of my children and its also occured through her and other cook neighborhood clinic locations. They didn't take very good care of them and routinely made errors with my daughters care and shot records as well as my sons so ill be switching them to a completely non cook childrens provider for their basic medical needs due to that.
