I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. The office staff is flat out rude, they make you wait an hour with no apology and the doctor isn’t much better. Generally speaking, they make you feel like you’re doing them a favor and are an annoyance. They might be the only game in town but I’d rather drive an hour for the right care and service then put up with this ever again
After 12 years as a patient (longer than the staff) i have never missed an appointment. I do not have insurance and have always paid in full at the time of service. I have traveled from college over 4 hours for 4 years of this time and never missed an appointment. Over the years the bad communication system in place shows. They have no appointment reminder system in place. They take forever to call back if at all. This year i was 20 mins late for my appointment they decided their policy would not let them see me. After many years as a patient I am finding another doctor. Office staff is incompetent, manager refuses to do their job and ignores any complaints, and I just had a mouthy receptionist think she was going to become ghetto. I swear I am filing a complaint with the State Attorney office if they continue charging me incorrectly or give me any issues getting my medical records. Unbelievable. Find a doctor with competent staff and a doctor who wants to work.
Dr. Metchick has been my doctor for many years and I am very happy with her. Her staff is great and she listens to me and asks me questions about what I am feeling like. I recommend her to my friends and family.
She was amazing. I was in and out and felt very comfortable.
couldn't wait to get out of the room. almost touched my wifes pain with her hand. barely looked at her then send her home.. not able to tell the differenece between a kidney, or uti infection. which isn't even the reason she showed up. need a refund since Dr. metchick service was so terrible.
