I was extremely fortunate to have Dr. Hecht in my practice during her initial training years. She is a phenomenal human and an excellent therapist. Heather is approachable, easy to talk to, and funny. She provides really competent care around a variety of issues like anxiety, eating problems, relationship issues and 20-something strife. She creates a really safe and comfortable space where clients really feel like she is on their side in life. I couldn't recommend her enough.
