I have been seeing Dr. Heather Friedman at Heal House since 2023. I regularly have Botox done and have filler done on occasion. She does a dental block to numb your lips before filler so there is no pain. She is a true artist when with lip filler. Mine always look very natural and she has such an artists eye with placement. Edited to add that I was thinking about our sessions this morning and one of the things I like best is that she doesn’t tell me all the things that are wrong with my face that she could fix, like every other injector I’ve seen. She listens to what my concerns are and gives advice based on my concerns. So I didn’t leave her office feeling worse about myself and the aging process, I left feeling informed about the decisions I could make. Heather is an amazing resource if you are a first timer. She gives thorough education, will meet you where you are at, and calm any nerves you may have. Before doing anything she consulted with me about the risks, my goals, and got to know my anatomy. She pays close attention and actively listens. She's great *if you're white*. Great experience as far as botox goes (really appreciate her not upselling me), but she straight up could not understand that the chin filler I came in for (specifically for forward projection) would look terrible if she drew it downward on a round Asian face like mine. Came away with the typical American horse chin and now I have an appt to dissolve it with another clinic next week :/

I cannot say enough how much I adore Dr. Friedman and the quality of care I’ve received from her. I’ve gotten lip fillers (I believe) 3 times now and would never go anywhere else. She’s so down to earth and honest; you can tell she genuinely wants you to love how you look AND l how you feel. I’m big on energy with people and she just has an awesome, calming vibe! I love my lips every time and trust her judgement and expertise completely!! Thanks Heather 🖤
