I have been seeing Dr. Heather Friedman at Heal House since 2023. I regularly have Botox done and have filler done on occasion. She does a dental block to numb your lips before filler so there is no pain. She is a true artist when with lip filler. Mine always look very natural and she has such an artists eye with placement. Heather is an amazing resource if you are a first timer. She gives thorough education, will meet you where you are at, and calm any nerves you may have. Before doing anything she consulted with me about the risks, my goals, and got to know my anatomy. She pays close attention and actively listens. I cannot say enough good things about Heather! She is truly amazing and the only person I trust with my face. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she always takes the time to make sure everything looks natural and perfectly balanced. She's great *if you're white*. Great experience as far as botox goes (really appreciate her not upselling me), but she straight up could not understand that the chin filler I came in for (specifically for forward projection) would look terrible if she drew it downward on a round Asian face like mine. Came away with the typical American horse chin and now I have an appt to dissolve it with another clinic next week :/
