I strongly recommend going to see Dr. Heather! She spent a full hour with me and looked at my entire movement & stability system, not just the location I was having pain. She incorporated soft tissue work, mobilizations & manipulations, along with other techniques. She also provided tons of education throughout the session and taught me a few breathing and stability exercises to practice at home. Her approach was extremely effective for me and I'll definitely go back if I ever need to again.

Heather is easily the most thorough and effective chiropractor I’ve ever seen. I did three visits with her while visiting Bend for the winter and have seen massive improvements in my neck and back. She is one of the rare CFR providers and I was excited to try this technique to see if it improved my sinus issues. My ability to breath through my nose definitely improved with only one treatment and after 3 I no longer sound stuffed up all the time. I will make it a point to come back to Bend just to see Dr. Heather again.
