Dr. Boyle is an exceptionally talented provider. She has an engaging personality. She is smart, kind, and very knowledgeable. I would not/do not hesitate to refer people her way. She is an exceptional listener and it's able to share her insights in understandable words.
Dr Boyle is very professional yet personable. She genuinely had empathy for what I was going through. Dr Boyle worked tirelessly to develop a treatment plan for my particular needs. I didn’t at any time feel like she wasn’t listening or didn’t understand. Dr Boyle played an intricate role in my recovery today. My medication therapy is spot on for my needs. Would certainly recommend Dr Boyle to anyone needed mental healthcare.
Excellent therapist. Listens carefully, has keen intuition, and helps frame issues in helpful ways. Very knowledgeable about a wide range of medications, how they affect the body and interact with each other. Completely trust her.
I'm not sure about Dr. Boyle but the office secretary there (Nona) was extremely rude, abrupt, and scolded me on the phone for an appointment I missed due to my son having the stomach flu. She lacked empathy and said if I wanted to come back to Dr. Boyle I'd have to pay a $100.00 fee. I waited for months to get into Dr. Boyle and I'm being charged a 50 fee even though I never saw her. I thought it was pretty harsh. The secretary needs to be talked to on how to talk to Mental health care patients
She genuinely cares. She listens, knows her medicine and there is no question you can't ask.
