My son has seen other doctors before and none of them listened to him and took him seriously. Dr. Laughbridge is the first doctor who has helped him and listened to him. She is very caring and a wonderful doctor
My granddaughter has received excellent care with compassion and empathy in each session. She is always included in all care goals and decisions. Dr Laughridge is an angel among us.
Waited 2 months for an appointment only to have it cancelled 6 days before because she would “no longer be in the office.” When I called to reschedule I was told I had to wait 2 additional months and there was no alternative. This is for a 15 minute video appointment! Is she entitled to time off? Of course. Should she take it off less than a week in advance when she has a full day of appointments and bump everyone another two months? No. Extremely unprofessional and I’ll be getting a different referral.
