Waited five weeks for this appointment. Left my house at 8:30 so that I would be 15 min. Early as the doctors’ office requested for new patient paperwork. Got there at 9:00 for the 9:15 appointment. Four others were already waiting. Three more came out with dialated eyes that they would take back to check. 10:00 still waiting. Left the office after an hour wait. She gave me a weak prescription and told me that my brain would fill in blurry information. I spent hundreds on glasses that didn’t work for me. When I brought it to her attention, she refused to fix it.
I did not see the doctors as I moved too far away, BUT as a retired Optician, I was so impressed with the staff in their friendliness and professionalism!!! Great group! Would highly recommend!!
Great lady. Great experience each time I go. She also did surgery when I had cataracts.
