Dr Head has been my family doctor for years and his bedside manner has always been acceptable. Dr. Flint is my daughter s doctor, and she is direct, but friendly, which is the approach I like with children. I will be moving soon and I am not looking forward to finding a new doctor. :(My only complaint is sometimes the clinic staff is a little curt, but usually if one rubs me the wrong way, another makes up for it with pleasantries. My family has been going to Dr. Head and now his other family members for quite some time. My husband injured his eye and they got him in right away and saved his vision. At the time of injury we did not have vision insurance and they were very reasonable and helpful and charged a fair price. We will not be changing eye doctors any time soon. GREAT DOCTORS! :)
After getting a notice from my sons school to have his eyes further tested I was pleased with what I found out at Dr Heads office, not only did my son have severe seeing problems but we found that he had allergies as well. I was so pleased with the service that I set up appointments for my daughter and the children in my care through the DHS system. I was just at the Family Vision Clinic and ridiculed because I have not had an eye exam in two years. I explained I did not have insurance and could not afford it and the response was I needed to speak to my employer about that! Well hello wake up and smell the coffee!! This is the real world DOCTOR not everyone is making 60k plus a year and work for goodyear that has benefits out the a#\$. Some of us are just average people doing the best we can with what we have! Ive been going to Dr. Head since I was a small child (Im 28 now). I think he is one of the best doctors around and I never dread going to any of my appointments.
Friendly place and updated technology. The staff are patient with assisting you in choosing a reasonable frame.
Dr. Robert Head at the Family Vision Clinic has been my eye doctor for nearly seventeen years. When I first came I was eleven years old and had just gotten my first pair of glasses. Id had a bad experience with another eye doctor and my glasses were giving me headaches. Dr. Head discovered Id been severely over prescribed and fitted me with new lenses that worked great.
