A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Ridha! Both my daughter and I saw him for different reasons, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we received. My daughter had her surgery within a month, and the improvements have gone beyond what we even had concerns for. Drove 2hrs for appointment at 11 waited an hour nothing ,if the doctor was called away why didn't the office staff let me know , got a call at 1pm asking if I was coming back told him no don't enjoy being treated like an idiot
Dr ridha I found to be very thorough, professional, approachable and after 4 years of no help being told nothing was wrong he was able to operate on my daughters (old injury) ended up being a smashed nose had given her the taste of what it is like to breathe through her nose. If you want to wait in the public system it could take up to 12months or if you are in a health fund i was out of pocket $3k but got done straight away. Well worth it and not having to wait. Ear doctor don’t help my infection ear
Do not Recomend, travel to metro areas rather than this place!!! Hearing check Appointment booked for a 5 year old at 11:20 noone els in front but he wasn't seen till 1230, had to remove my child from school to attend the appointment. Just to be told, after the completion of the hearing check that we have to see the Dr. AGAIN Waited for a while to see the dr, then proceed to asked reception if it will be much longer as my child is out of school they responded in rude manner by male reception staff that "idk how long of a wai... read more
