What is even going on with this place? I just moved to the area and they were the first place that could get me in for an extraction. The dentist’s office has a different name in the building which is weird but whatever. I went in and the place is dirty first of all. They seem really sloppy and gross. Dr. Ali recently took over the dental office formerly owned by Dr. Kathleen Zingale in Elyria. Now 3 months after taking over, Dr. Zingale's name is still on front of building. That seems strange. Upon my first visit (for a teeth cleaning), an assistant took x-rays 'again,' even though I explained I've already had 2 sets taken this year, and they should be in my file. The entire dental experience is unique thanks to Dr. Hayat Ali and her team. Dr. Ali's laid-back manner comforts me, and more importantly, she clearly explains what she will be doing and why. I don't mind visiting the dentist for the first time ever. I now prioritize getting cleanings every six months as a regular priority. I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Ali for as long as she is a dentist since she is very dependable. Scheduled a appointment for my self and other family member drove to the concord office and no one was in sight they didn’t even have the courtesy to call and cancel I will not recommend or return to this unprofessional practice

To start off, booking a appointment with dr. Ali was very easy and simple. When I went into her office it wasn’t a typical old fashioned office she had some televisions in each room with nice wallpapers which made the visit easier and more calming, I haven’t been to a dentist very long time but going to Dr. Ali made it a lot easier as she gets you in and out quick pain free
staff was great, very comfortable visit
