My son went here for a few years, Dr Cheam is great! His office staff though is the exact opposite. Not updating our phone number, not calling back, unable to schedule appointments. Heartless on the phone when trying to get a refill for my son's medication. The only pro is my son is now 18, and can go to an adult nephrologist that has a better staff with heart.
I’ve been taking my daughter here for a few years now and at first the staff members were very welcoming and helpful and now it’s new staff members and the can’t even pickup or return a phone call the Doctor is a great doctor but his staff members are just not professional
They don't return calls. You leave a message from their answering service but never get a call back from their office! Frustrating!

We love Dr. Cheam we have been with him since my son was born. Great doctor & all around good guy.
