I came here with full coverage with IEHP about a year or 2 ago and they told me that I needed a type of antibiotic. And that my insurance didnt cover it, they said I could do a payment but at the time I was barely making any money to get by so I couldn't afford it. On top of that the guy asked if he could take pictures of my mouth, and with his phone he proceeded to do so. I felt so violated and uncomfortable after this. I never went back. Am seriously so frustrated with this office! I have waited 9 weeks now for a replacement top denture that I paid cash for,and it wasn't cheap! I was told the wait would be about 6 weeks,and I thought that was a long time,now with numerous trips back and fourth to the office and telling Dr Hattar exactly what I wanted, because my first set of dentures made a year and a half earlier were all wrong!He seemed to listen and understand me,yet here I sit because they were made nothing like I asked,and would look foolish in my mouth... read more
