I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I had to return to the clinic (Eastside location) because my son’s vaccine record was completely incorrect. After reviewing the records, even the receptionist told my husband, “Yes, you’re right. I believe these are someone else’s.” This is very concerning because these are people’s medical records. I’ve been coming to Salloum since I was a kid, and now I have kids. Reading these reviews is pretty funny. I can almost guarantee all these bad reviews are by ppl who feel entitled. The girls in the front usually mirror your attitude and treatment. Sitting down hearing other patients talk to them is sickening sometimes. They put up with a lot. No recomiendo este lugar para nada, CUIDADO!! a mi hijo le inyectaron un medicamento de otro paciente y el personal muy despota, y no fue el único incidente que tuve con ellos, en otra cita escuche que no sabían cual era el hilo para una sutura y espere mas de una hora y el doctor nunca llego
The wait time for appointment its ridiculous i had an appointment at 9:30 its 10:30 and im still waiting the staff is nice but the wait time and dr are horrible !
