I had called to ask over a vaccine and the lady at medical assistance though she had placed me on hold and I clearly heard her called me “dumb” and then proceeded to act as the phone was “disconnected “ . As a young adult trying to do things on my own it is very discouraging when having these encounters.
I would like to thank Dr. Salloum for helping our five year old son today. He promptly responded and offered the same day appointment. Both the doctor who treated us and the nurses in Eastside location were very nice. I recommend Dr. Salloum and his practice.
