At first I thought my appointment went well, as they said they would help me get a CT scan booked. 21 days later and my insurance company keeps denying my CT scan appointment because the doctor isn't providing enough information about my condition. They dont even call me back after I leave voicemails. I have had chest/abdominal pain for almost a month with varying levels of pain throughout. Don't bother going to this doctor, I've decided to book an appointment with a different doctor. I wish I could give 0 stars
I needed some information from their office and I went to the office around 8:30 am to get the copy. I asked the front desk if I could set an appointment to go over the report. Upon hearing that, she checked the schedule and saw there was a 9:15 opening and would I like to see the doctor and could I wait to see the doctor in a few minutes. I was able to get in right away. Once I was in the office Dr. Khan said he was glad that I had come in. This Dr. and his staff are on the ball! Don't hesitate to book with them.
Dr Khan is an amazing human being, rare to find docs these days with human touch.
