Dr. Hiba was very helpful, she worked with me on many levels and she is highly skilled. No one asked me to write a review but Hiba and Malak they deserve a good review
SCAM ARTISTS!!! All of them. Right from the receptionist to the main dentist. I was told over the phone that i ll b charged $200/- for an immediate consultation & x ray. Upon checking in i asked the receptionist if i can get some discount as i dont have any insurance. She advised that it all depends on the dentist & shud discuss this with her. Just had my teeth cleaned by Dania and had a really great experience. She was super nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything she was doing and answer any questions I had. She made the whole appointment feel comfortable and easy. Really appreciated how informative and friendly she was. Definitely recommend!
i've been asking for my x-ray copies for multiple days, I have not received them still. It's not a complicated task to send x-rays, my regular dental clinic sends them right away when I ask, but i'm new to this clinic and i will not be returning. As many other reviews have written the same issue, this is the norm apparently for this clinic.
My experience here was very disappointing. The entire time I felt there was a lack of professionalism and a lack of care for patients. I was left in very bad pain because of their unprofessional work. Later I was unable to receive any of my files from them despite repeated requests. This entire experience left me frustrated, in pain, and heavily disappointed. I would not recommend for anyone.
