Absolutely horrible practice. Dr. Patel is just a pill pusher and is not interested in helping his patients. He would not even give me a referral to see another Dr!!!! Saying another Dr would not be able to help. You have a patient who has been in constant pain for 2 years and he just says nothing is wrong and to take the pain pills. Unbelievable!! Dr. Patel's office is unreliable for caring for their patients. I have been horribly sick with a double ear infection and a sinus infection. Last week I called to schedule an appt and was told the dr is on vacation, and he left no on-call physicians. His staff suggested using urgent care or ER. I called again a week later to schedule and appt and he's booked for 4 days and there's no way to see him. What's the point of a PCP if you still need to go to an urgent care for help?!?!
