Dr. Fatteh mischarges patients. I asked that my exam be bill preventative. He assured me it would. They ended up billing the claim as something other than preventative. They had to re-bill my claim multiple times because they didn't know what they were doing. The also claimed my insurance doesn't cover refraction. My insurance did. The receptionist ensured me she checked. I paid $30 that day and took 3 months to get refunded the money back. Spent way to much time on phone getting things correct!
