The office staff and doctor have been extremely accommodating and kind!!
An eye doctor has no business making diagnoses of neurologic conditions. He caused a lot of unnecessary consternation in our household. Fortunately, a real neurological expert disavowed Dr Richman's "diagnosis". The establishment that referred us to Dr. Richman apparently has received similar complaints to mine, and no longer refers to him. I have other issues with my experience at this practice, but frankly this is probably enough.
I just moved to NJ from out of state, and I was very concerned about finding the right optometrist to take care of me. I broke by glasses and could not find a local optometrist who was able to fix them because I have issues with my vision that are unusual and difficult to treat. My former optometrist recommended Dr. Richman, and I could not be more pleased. He understood the urgency of my situation and adjusted his schedule to fit me in.
