This visit was by far the best we have ever had. The hygienist and staff helping with my daughter with special needs were so helpful, positive and pleasant.
At the risk of booking Carol, my dental hygenist, so much that I can't get an appointment with her, I'd say of all the great dental hygenists at Dr. Levy's office, she focused most strongly on constructive advice to take my already good at home dental care to the next level. That matters a LOT for long term dental health and conservation of natural teeth.
Like many previous reviews have mentioned, the dentists themselves are great, but my experience with the office staff and billing was very disappointing. I really appreciate the work they do with individuals with disabilities! Before my visit, I updated my insurance to the Veterans Delta Dental plan and provided my new insurance information to the office before my appointment.
