I have been with Dr. for at least 30+yrs. There tes when it was over crowded, but the service was good. I'm still seeing him at least Three time a year. His personality is serious, bubbly😊or it can contagious. .
Went to Dr Latimer for a toothache and needed a crown put in. They said they needed approval from the insurance company. I waited a month, never got a call, so called them back and they said they were still waiting. Three more months, no call, called them back and same thing. I went to a different dentist and unsurprisingly got the work done with no wait time at all. Don't waste your time or money here.
They never answer the dang phone and the place is dirty I went for a root canal and they left me in the room for hours and told me to make another appointment. I have to keep driving 30min back and forward just for them to sent me home with nothing done. I only have got my root canal done without a crown and it looks horrible.
DONT GO HERE. So so so sketchy. I have had so many issues with my root canal and my temporary and permanent crown.
After being treated badly by another dentist office, within moments they asked me to come in and get treated instantly. Every thing was awesome, service, care, and after care with great professionalism and respect!!! Would greatly recommend to everyone!!
