Worst EVER... I finally received a response from my complaint with the Ohio Veterinary Board. They were sent an advisory alert letter and were told that they should have done a radiology test the first time we brought our dog in. Hart's Animal Hospital should not be allowed to practice medicine on family pets. If more complaints are filed with the Ohio Veterinary Board, perhaps more discipline will be placed on Hart's. Do your research on vets....
Worst Vet Ever!!! Beware of this negligent vet. From the misdiagnosis of our dog, to the surgery, to being left overnight bleeding in the lobby (being found the next morning by staff), to the unapologetic and negligent staff. Please do your research on this vet. They might be OK for vaccinations, however, for major surgery....BEWARE! Worst vet ever. They refuse to be held accountable!
WORST vet!!! Below is a letter I sent to the vet. Their response? Said I was inaccurate and there was a misunderstanding. 1. We brought Chubbs in on March 27 and explained that he hadn’t eaten since March 21 and that Chubbs had a history of eating socks, tissue and paper towels.
