My daughters are grown up now but they went to Dr. Bhatt their entire childhood. She is fantastic and so knowledgeable. We quickly learned to love and respect Dr. Bhatt. She treated our children for a variety of issues through the years including Asthma, allergies, vaccinations, illnesses, injuries, physicals and mental health issues. I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. Bhatt for the past 4 Year’s and I can’t complain. Both the staff and doctor are great never had a problem with scheduling even with a last minute appointment. It’s true that doctor Bhatt’s manners are not the best but I don’t need a condescending doctor I want one with experience who can care for my kids in a proffecional manner. She is a very straight up doctor and will tell it like it is.
I've been taking my two kids (boy & girl) to Dr. Bhatt for over 10 years, and I will continue taking my daughter until she turns 18. I like her. She's direct and to the point, and it seems to me that's also how she expects answers to her questions when she's performing an exam, at least the answers from the parents. However, when she interacts with my kids, she takes time to let them talk, which is the reason why we're in the office to begin with. To me, that shows she cares about them.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! Staffs are not trained well and high turnover. Dr Bhatt herself is very unprofessional. They does not seem to have well procedures in place while everyone is running over each others at the office. Both of my sons went to her up to the oldest was 4. Phone lines are always busy and average phone call is 20mins average. Shots record are not-legible and in poor format and not up to date with States record. Was reluctant to switch doctor at 1st but glad we did.
