Disgusting experience with Dr Harry Ngo’s clinic. I arrived for my 6:15am appointment and was asked by the receptionist to pay in cash. I said I was happy to pay by card, but she insisted on cash, explaining that if I paid by card, Medicare would refund the money to the doctor’s account, which did not make sense to me. I agreed and said my husband could bring cash, then shortly after realised I already had cash with me and let her know. While waiting, another patient arrived and was asked the same thing.
