I’ve called this place 3-4 times over the past 2-3 years to make an appointment. And each time the same lady picks up the phone I think shes the doctors wife !!! She is so so so rude !!!!!!!!!! Every time she makes it so hard to book and is so unwelcoming !!! Her phone call reception skills is disgusting !!! The doctor himself is ok !

I really didn’t like the old lady at the reception desk. She is rude and she doesn’t let you talk when you got a question to ask her. Not a professional person for a reception who have to work in the front desk.
Worst customer service experience with the receptionist. She decided not to let me have my results from my previous doctor appointment, nor pass my message to dr Harry. I CLEARLY asked doctor Harry to give me a call back when he receives my results from the test and he agreed to do so. Waited 3 weeks, nothing happened.
