Disgusting experience with Dr Harry Ngo’s clinic. I arrived for my 6:15am appointment and was asked by the receptionist to pay in cash. I said I was happy to pay by card, but she insisted on cash, explaining that if I paid by card, Medicare would refund the money to the doctor’s account, which did not make sense to me. I am very satisfied with the doctor’s professionalism and dedication. The doctor always listens carefully, explains my health condition clearly, and provides the most suitable treatment. With a kind and caring attitude, the doctor makes me feel truly reassured. Thanks to the doctor’s guidance and support, my health has improved significantly. I am very grateful and would highly recommend this doctor to family and friends.
I’ve called this place 3-4 times over the past 2-3 years to make an appointment. And each time the same lady picks up the phone I think shes the doctors wife !!! She is so so so rude !!!!!!!!!! Every time she makes it so hard to book and is so unwelcoming !!! Her phone call reception skills is disgusting !!! The doctor himself is ok !

I really didn’t like the old lady at the reception desk. She is rude and she doesn’t let you talk when you got a question to ask her. Not a professional person for a reception who have to work in the front desk.
