Great experience from the time you walk in until your exam is complete. Everyone is friendly and helpful, Dr. Ward does not make you feel rushed and takes the time to answer all of your questions. I would 100% recommend this business.
Found that i had a detached retina. Needed emergency surgery that he could not do. He helped me navigate the insurance. Which was worse than 3 surgeries. Without him in my corner I would have never made it threw the red tape. Side note I had a HMO and finally found Shands in Gainsville. Many trips Thank you Dr Ward!
Doctor Ward and his staff are amazing people. I would not recommend anyone else to go to for all of your vision care. Great customer service and friendly. A very clear office. Keep up the great work
Doctor Ward and his staff are amazing. Doctor Ward has taken care of my vision issues for many years and has helped me tremendously. I recently showed up on a Friday when they were closing, and the girls in the office stayed and helped me get the tear in my retina fixed. They deserve more than just 5 stars. I am a glaucoma patient as well as my autistic cousin who was born with serious eye complications. The staff along with Dr. Ward is outstanding. Dr. Ward is very knowledgeable with a caring disposition. I will not see anyone else.
