Called just to get an appointment and the person whom answered the phone was beyond rude. The person acted as if they were answering their personal line. I asked one question and the response was nope the office is closed. If you're rude answering the phone e I surely don't want you caring for me. They were very unprofessional.
I visited Mr. Coulter for a disability exam, I was very impressed with how polite his staff was , from the time I entered til I left . Mr. Coulter was very polite and explained every step of exam as it took place . He is very up front and doesn't sugar coat anything which is amazing!!! One of the best doctors I've been seen by since all of this . More doctors and staff should follow in their foot steps.
