Saved my life and it’s been for there for me ever since. Yes, I’ve had some encounters with some surly office people certainly forgivable. Everybody has a bad day now and then, of course that has nothing to do with his ability perform as a doctor.
Very unhappy with the handling of an overpayment. I was billed prematurely by this office. I did pay that amount but then I received a follow-up bill (once the insurance payments were applied in full) which as what I should have paid. I call the billing dept. and told them to PLEASE do not cash the initial check and I would send another check for the total amount, which was received and cashed. However, they also cashed the initial check (but it is NOT showing up an an overpayment of my account) and now I am waiting for mont... read more
Dr. Moore took care of my mother years ago when she moved from RI to MA. Her RI Cardio Dr. highly recommended Dr. Moore. He listened, discussed options, was great. I have since referred a neighbor who was very satisfied too.
He saved my life !
