Attempted to contact 45 minutes before an appointment to cancel because of a severe migraine my appointment at 8:15 and when I call I was told that you cannot call until 9am by the staff there. That staff member also refused to take any memo or attempt to inform the professionals there that we would be absent. Hopefully there isn't a charge for an appointment we couldn't cancel because the staff member there couldn't be bothered to make a phone call to the nurses who are obviously there to do the procedure at 8:15.
