Great costumer care
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone
Dr. Cooler explains to his patients his findings, lab results and what you should do. Efficient in his exams and discusses any bad/ borderline lab results on the phone within a day or two of having them taken. He asks you to call for them because sometimes his office is very busy. I have been using Dr. Cotler for a dozen years and only had to wait once for more then an hour because he was swamped and took his time with the patients. He also utilizes an online portal so you can read about your visit.
Horrible doctor NEVER USE HIM .... and plan on being in his office all day !
My mom has been a patient of the Cotler Family Practice for years. She has memory problems. I am her guardian. I reviewed her health insurance records v her credit card expenses. I realized that she had paid a copay twice in the last year and a half when no copay was due according to insurance. I called the office and the woman confirmed what I had found. I’m a patient of 20+ years. Yes, the wait time is longer than usual however, Doc takes his time to go over symptoms, and concerns. Most evenings, he answers phone calls and will return your call. I was hospitalized for a total of 31 days. Every morning, he was at my bedside. If you’re in a hurry or stubborn, this doctor is not for you!
Very Professional and make you feel at ease. The office goes out of their way to help.
I have been going to Dr Cotler for over 20 years. He is a great diagnostician and he is very through. He personally calls with all test and blood work results. You may have a wait once in a while, but I don't mind because there were times when I had issues, and he took extra time with me. So I totally understand if he takes extra time with someone else that needs him. His office staff are helpful and accommodating.
I’ve been using Dr Cotler for about 8 years and he is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. He is great diagnosing and never gave me bad advice. He takes his time to ask questions and explain when needed, and that sometimes results in a long wait time. But just as I enjoy the extra attention, so do others, and that’s just the doctor he is. Set aside extra time and you’ll be fine. I’ve also recommended many family members and friends and they’ve all made him their doctor.
