The level of professionalism, the kindness of the staff and their obvious knowledge. However, it is their patience with an extremely nervous patient that I value the most.
no visit. had a dental emergency. this office recommended but I was informed that their doctor's stay "very busy and have no times available for emergencies." This shows interest only in making money and not patient care.
In my opinion, Dr Richards is the best Doctor ever! I will only allow him to work on my teeth if i require major dental work (even if my own dentist is able to perform procedure). I would recommend Dr. Richards to my family and friends.
I got 5 dental implants on my lower gum line in 2002. I had endured 14 root canals over the years and finally ended up with 1 semi-viable tooth (the other two were abscessed again). I went to Dr. Richards and had the implants done. My dentist then made the appliance (teeth) and I have not had a problem since. I clean and floss my implants and teeth faithfully. The staff is wonderful very easy to deal with very informative.
My mother had implants done and she felt that she was treated poorly. The office was nice and clean but the staff was not very friendly or helpful afterward. I would not recommend them.
great dr Dr Richards Removed my wisdom teeth and I NEVER thought i would say this but it was great , the office and staff is super nice and really clean doctor was fast and friendly , spent time making sure i didnt have anymore questions sent home clear instructions and a after hours number in case i had problems , i would go there again in a second if i had anymore problems and send my friends there if they were!
