The level of professionalism, the kindness of the staff and their obvious knowledge. However, it is their patience with an extremely nervous patient that I value the most.
no visit. had a dental emergency. this office recommended but I was informed that their doctor's stay "very busy and have no times available for emergencies." This shows interest only in making money and not patient care.
In my opinion, Dr Richards is the best Doctor ever! I will only allow him to work on my teeth if i require major dental work (even if my own dentist is able to perform procedure). I would recommend Dr. Richards to my family and friends.
The visit was very interesting. I will recomanded any one to co e to that facility.
The staff is wonderful very easy to deal with very informative.
