The front desk person has very poor communication and follow up skills. She promised to send Surgery clearance on a Monday. I have had to follow up each day to share that the Primary care nor the surgical coordinator has received a copy of the paperwork they could open. They show ZERO care that surgery is scheduled for less than 24 hours away. She says that their fax is broken and that their email is not working and the only solution is for me to pick it up and deliver but they close in 45 minutes. I even offered to pay for ... read more
So frustrated with this doctor won’t approve my wife’s foot surgery but claims theirs nothing wrong how unprofessional. Obviously theirs something wrong!!! Update 2024 she needed a pacemaker but this doctor couldn’t even catch this how uneducated she is sad. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!!
