Horrible front office service. They didn't even care about doctor's instructions and patient's time to schedule appointments. Even though I have an appointment (got a call in the morning to confirm as well) and after we go there, they are saying doctor is in meeting, we don't know when she will be done, come next week. And also, no patient portal is available for this group.
Came 15 minutes prior to my appointment. 45 minutes later, STILL waiting for Dr to talk to me!!
The front desk person has very poor communication and follow up skills. She promised to send Surgery clearance on a Monday. I have had to follow up each day to share that the Primary care nor the surgical coordinator has received a copy of the paperwork they could open. They show ZERO care that surgery is scheduled for less than 24 hours away. So frustrated with this doctor won’t approve my wife’s foot surgery but claims theirs nothing wrong how unprofessional. Obviously theirs something wrong!!! Update 2024 she needed a pacemaker but this doctor couldn’t even catch this how uneducated she is sad. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!!
