I have been a patient of Dr. Haritha Arikatla since 2021, and in the beginning, my experience was very positive—so much so that I even referred my husband to your practice. However, over time, my experience has changed significantly, and I feel it is important to address both my concerns regarding patient care and a recent billing issue. Dr. Arikatla is among the best of doctors. I've been a patient of Dr. Arikatla for over 6 years. She has ALWAYS been very kind, very attentive, and very professional. She may not talk a lot, but only because she is listening to me. She always has ALL my medical records, with her, when she comes into the room. She is always up to date, on any treatment that I am receiving from other doctors.
