Horrible place. They are incorrectly billing patients under the wrong code to the insurance companies and then refusing to change it so the insurance can cover it. They are also billing patients for services they never received. The billing department has rude staff that talk to patients in a nasty tone. They are doing illegal practices here and I have to get legal involved because they refuse to correct their errors. Do not come here!
I plan leaving that clinic and PCP as soon as I tie up loose ends there. 1)the doctors' out often . I realize doctors have a personal life too but now it's compromising my health care. After being out she has to play catch up with all her patients causing 3 week delays for appointments. Instead of addressing the cause of medical conditions she prescribes medicines for the symptoms. Do not come here! Rude, inattentive staff, etc. They do not return calls and give you a hard time if you need new supplies such as a mask etc. Research other hospitals.

En un solo día, he llamado tres veces a este Centro para hacer una cita y la descortesía del operador ha sido irrespetuosa; solicité una persona en español y estuve más de tres minutos y nadie me atendió. Un centro de salud para mujeres y una línea telefónica sin cuidado para las mujeres.
