WOW..Listen, I know what some people think..Medicaid dentist, bad service, or at the very least, not caring....but in the case of NJ smiles, nothing could be further than the truth. I was treated like a million dollar patient...Dr. Patel did my root canal and he has dentist hands from God himself....absolutely the smoothest root canal I have ever had.....with no gas no less...Dr Carapezza handled the crown part and that went smooth as silk as well....all in all NJ smiles in Ramsey was outstanding....could not be happier and ... read more
I cant believe what the other posters are complaining about. I have always received excellent care under Dr. Patel, He came on a holiday just for me as I had broken a tooth. Always very courteous. Although sometimes there is a wait but thats pretty much everywhere. My family has been seeing him for past years and trust him with his judgement 100%.
I had Invisalign treatment done with him. He messed up my teeth. I requested my records but he never provided . He said that he doesn't have them. He lies about everything. Doesn't want to fix the problem or help you as its his responsibility after messing your case. Instead he lies and Won't give you appointment if you ask him for records. Doesn't know what he is doing.
Office threw out my patient records, including original X-Rays I brought from my previous dentist, and probably violating patient privacy regulations, I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone! Be careful!
Excellent place for excellent treatment. There is sometimes wait buy its universal.
Everytime i go with my family member its always waitinng business ranging from 30 mins to 60 mins
