Dr Sandhu has been my doctor since 2010. I love him. He is sensitive, caring, and listens to my questions. His office staff is a little brisk. However, the front desk takes care of 2 doctors. Let's face it, if you have RA you don't need your hands held, you just need a doctor who can help you with the pain and swelling.
This doctor was so abrupt and in a rude. I was the only patient in the office waited months to get in. He had not looked at my referral and was so abrupt brushed me off like dirt on his shoes. I had heard he was rude for years in my practice. But didn't really think much about it till I had the same experience. I asked for a referal to the doctor who is in his office and treats diabetes. I have been a patient for almost 20 years now. Dr. Sandhu is very knowledgeable of his area of expertise and easy to talk to. I have always asked him A TON of questions and each time he helps answer my concerns and provides information so we can move forward with the best solution for me. Rheumatology is not a one solution fits all and Dr. Sandhu will listen to you and help figure out what is right for you. His staff is professional and kind. Was my RA Dr for 14 years until I moved out of state. He is very caring & knowledgeable. Got my RA under control in first month. I can't thank him enough and wished I lived closer than 12 hour drive away. I highly recommend him for RA.
