I walked in office 10 minutes passed my appointment. I explained the reasons on why I was 10 minutes late and I expressed how sorry I was for being 10 minutes late begins I live 3 towns over and my tire had went out on me I ended up having to borrow another persons vehicle just to get to my appointment.
