Dr. Hank Chen was fantastic for my husband's colonoscopy and endoscopy. He's incredibly easy to deal with, and the whole process was surprisingly smooth. We were able to book everything, including sending the referral, just through email, which saved us a trip to the clinic. My brother used him this week too and had the same great experience. Highly recommend!

I was feeling very anxious about my procedure, but his compassionate and gentle approach completely reassured me. Had a gastroscope done by Dr Hank Chen in February 2026, and was really impressed by his professionalism in his job and of his incredible compassionate kindness and patience towards his patients. He explained clearly the gastroscope procedure and reassured me and that makes me feel at ease throughout the procedure.
