The worst dentist I’ve ever been to. I got burns on my lips both times I saw him. I was in pain and he told me not to make any noise so the people in the lobby wouldn’t hear me. DO NOT GO HERE!
Horrible. Receptionist doesn't know how to do her job properly, after waiting 45 mins for my daughter appointment I politely asked how much longer it was going to take the Dentist walked from the back from helping a patient to tell me if I didn't like the wait I could leave and I needed to let the Receptionist do her job.
Let me tell u I went there feeling excited about getting two crowns and a partial,and when I got there I was informed that medical was only paying for one crown and Dr.hani literally blessed me with a crown because I didn't have the money to pay ,what a blessing that was so kind and amazing that doesn't happen ....what a great human with a huge heart.....thanks doc,you rock
Worse experience of my life at dentist so far, there office didn't mark stuff down I said twice on phone before I went in, explaining it was emergency situation before I got in there and knew what needed to be done, also they have u right down what's going on, on paperwork, front desk didn't tell Dr that either, almost put my life at risk cause almost didn't get treated what I was there for, front desk said they understood on phone before hand,, but dentist also cut me off and didn't let me talk alot and was annoyed when I w... read more
