Went in to get my teeth checked first things first I warned him I couldn't hear very well as I am partially deaf and he proceeded to shrug at me when I would say what cuz I couldn't understand him do to him talking so quietly second things second I'm pretty sure the X-ray machine doesn't literally need to be touching my face and if it does then they should probably update it considering no dentist I've ever gone to but this one had it uncomfortably pressed up against my face just to get the X-ray and third I understand my te... read more
If you like tooth pain go to this dentist rude extremely rough and unprofessional gave me a horrifically painful injection to numb I have a really high pain tolerance and I yelled out in pain he got really rude and forced me to reschedule my appointment avoid dentist at all costs I would have been better off not going in the first place
Great person, great dentist! Years ago I had many teeth removed and dentures placed by the good Dr. It was just after he opened his practice in Willows. I received excellent care throughout the process! Follow up was professional and timely.
I just had so many bad experiences with this office . The desk clerk straight up said let most people he sees comes out with tears Boy she ain't lyin...Now my dentures don't fit and I am not going back.
