Dr Rae Pak is an outstanding anesthesiologist who has been a leader in his field with many years of experience. I am so grateful to Dr. Pak and his team for my successful surgery. Dr. “Himself” is fantastic and the experience of him doing my epidural was great. His office staff is awful. I waited weeks just to get an epidural appointment because they are not on top of getting your needs of pain relief met. They wasted a lot of time before my request went in for insurance approval. I had the insurance company calling the office. They never pick up their phone. Which is another reason why you will wait 2 or 3 days before u speak to anyone about an appointment. Dr. Pak, Sent his bill to collection with Pressler and Pressler who I attempted to pay many times after it was not payed by Aetna. I even attempted to pay them directly and left message on their phone which they do not answer. Unethical and sleezy.
Great staff and extremely knowledgable practice
A patient for several years however Dr. Pak no longer meets in person with me; all business is transacted by his staff -- of varying quality. Staff says he does NOT meet with patients who are not in the hospital for immediate treatment. Was well treated by him when he saw me personally however very dissatisfied by the way he currently conducts his practice.
