The operator hung up on me while I was still talking.
I normally don't give negative reviews. However this clinic should receive 0 stars if possible. No compassion no followup no professionalism. People are miserable here and they don't care about you. I would suggest another clinic entirely. The only reason I used them is because I lived close by
Like some other reviews I would also give negative stars if I could. The receptionist is just about the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in any capacity. I called to see if the doctor could see my newborn baby, after giving the requested information and a large amount of confusion and disagreeable tone she just said "no doctor to see you" and hung up on me.
